NeuroRestore Access Initiative

You Don't Have to Accept “There's Nothing We Can Do”

The NeuroRestore Access Initiative provides grant-funded access to advanced neurological rehabilitation for families in Southern Utah.

Who We Serve

Families facing complex neurological conditions who have been told conventional medicine has no answers.

Autism Spectrum Disorder

Traumatic Brain Injury

Complex Regional Pain Syndrome

Pediatric Brain Injury

Rare Neurological Conditions

Seizure & Movement Disorders

The Problem

Washington County has no other provider offering this combination of therapies. Families currently drive hundreds of miles to Austin, Texas — or go without care entirely.

Conventional medicine has told them “nothing can be done.” We disagree.

“Southern Utah's Washington County is a medically underserved region. The isolation of rural Utah communities means families with complex neurological needs have historically had no local options.”

The Science Behind the Program

Three evidence-based modalities working together to harness your brain's own healing mechanisms.

HBOT

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

A pressurized oxygen environment that accelerates cellular repair and reduces neurological inflammation, giving damaged tissue the fuel it needs to heal.

PBM

Photobiomodulation / Laser Therapy

Light energy absorbed by cells initiates normalization of damaged tissue and supports neurotransmitter production. Studied since the 1960s with a growing clinical evidence base.

Neuroplasticity-Based Rehab

Individualized Neurological Rehabilitation

Multi-modal, individualized programs that leverage the brain's own healing mechanisms. The brain never stops changing — we direct that change positively.

“Your brain, your neurology is going to change no matter what — it's either going to change in a negative direction or it's going to change in a positive direction. The brain never stops changing. So if we can fuel the cells, supply adequate sensory stimulus, and properly move the body, we are shifting that person to a state of positive neuroplasticity — positive change, sustainable change for the brain.”

Core Clinical Philosophy

Stories Like These Drive Our Mission

Documented outcomes from peer clinics using the same modalities our program delivers.

Traumatic Brain Injury

Jesse — Lost Speech After Concussion

After just a few days, he was able to vocalize one letter — "V" — and that slowly turned into words and sentences.

Full speech restored. Jesse's final message: "Hey, woke up feeling pretty good today. Just gonna keep getting better."

Complex Regional Pain Syndrome

CRPS — First Pain-Free Night in 3 Years

I was someone with no hope, and hope has been restored.

Morphine couldn't touch the pain. After treatment: first night without pain in three years.

Alobar Holoprosencephaly

Millie — Given 4 Months to Live

This is the first time we've walked into any room where everyone there has hope and the answer isn't "well, maybe not though"... It's really cool how we get to dream again.

Diagnosed at 2 months with a brain that didn't fully develop. Clinicians leveraged what was functioning well to build new neuroplasticity.

How Access Works

A simple, transparent process from application to treatment.

01

Apply

Submit an intake form. We review eligibility based on condition and financial need.

02

Assessment

Speak with our clinical team to understand your situation and develop an individualized plan.

03

Access

Foundation grants cover the cost of sessions for qualifying families. Geography and income are not barriers.

No Family Should Be Told There's Nothing That Can Be Done

We exist to prove that wrong. If your family is facing a neurological condition and has been told there are no options, reach out.
